Update Student Information

Update Address, Phone Number, and Emergency Contact Information

Students can easily change their address, phone number, email addresses, and emergency contacts in Banner Self-Service.

  1. Login to your Banner Self-Service account.
  2. Select Personal Information then Update Addresses and Phones and/or Update Emergency Contacts.
  3. Verify that your information is correct and update as necessary.
  4. Click Submit.

Update Name or Social Security Number

Students who are looking to update their name or Social Security Number will need to submit completed and signed Name/SSN Change Request form to the Registrar’s Office with the required documentation. Students can either submit their form and documents in-person in our office, or they may email them from their student email to registrar@montevallo.edu.
