Order Duplicate Diploma

Duplicate diplomas will be reprinted with the original name of graduate and the current University administration. The fee is $35 per diploma. No request for a duplicate diploma will be ordered and/or released for any student with outstanding financial obligations to the University. Any graduate who would like to request a diploma reprinted with a different name should contact the Registrar’s Office. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing.

If you are wanting to order a duplicate diploma with a name that is different than what is in our system, we must receive a name change form. The completed form can be emailed to registrar@montevallo.edu with a copy of your ID and other documentation that shows the new name. Please see the name change form below.
