Qualtrics can offer you an easy way to build online surveys, a secure way to collect responses, and key analytical tools that are built into the system itself.  Make plans to join the April 15th Tech Tuesday to learn how Qualtrics can aide you in your research!

Software and Hardware request process

IS&T has recently revised and streamlined the workflow for Software and Hardware requests. Our primary goal was to enhance the review process, ensuring robust network security, safeguarding information privacy, complying with ADA standards, and meeting all relevant state and federal regulations. A major outcome of these updates is a simplified request process that delivers timely and accurate results. In this session, we will guide you through the updated Software and Hardware request processes, explaining the steps involved and the rationale behind each one.  This includes the preferred purchasing and procurements of software and hardware. Qualtrics is a versatile tool for conducting surveys, suitable for various purposes such as academic research, data collection, polling, and measuring satisfaction. Bring your laptop to the session for a hands-on experience. This will allow you to follow along and practice creating surveys and exploring the features of Qualtrics.

Are you responsible for managing and tracking a departmental budget? Would you like to improve how you manage your personal finances? Are you new Teams Meetings? This is the session is for you! This is your chance to join a Teams meeting and try all the cool tools and chat features.  We will cover breakout rooms, screen sharing, participants, The toolbar and more.  You’ll have opportunities to play with features like sharing emoji reactions, raising your hand, clapping, waving, asking questions, and responding to questions.  Other topics will include captioning, recording and tools available for the presenter.  You are encouraged to join the conversation and have a good time.  A link to this virtual meeting will be shared with all the registrants the day before the meeting.
