The Solution Center provides technical support to UM faculty, staff, and students by phone, email, or in person. Solution Center staff assist with:

    • General computing questions
    • Hardware or software troubleshooting
    • Email access and use
    • Usernames or password issues or information
    • Classroom or computer lab technical support
    • Network and printer problems
    • Student and employee ID cards

Important: The Solution Center cannot perform repairs on personal equipment not owned by the University.

Classes in Session
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Classes not in Session
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
