Microsoft 365 (Office)

Microsoft 365, a collection of Microsoft’s collaborative applications, is available at no cost to all University of Montevallo students, faculty and staff. All these tools are accessible via downloadable applications on computers and on mobile devices.

To access your Microsoft 365 account:

1. Go to Microsoft365.com
2. Enter your UM email address and password.
3. Once logged in, click “Install Office” on the top right
4. Run the office 365 installer.

In addition to applications that can be downloaded to your computer, many other Microsoft cloud-based apps are available once you login to your Microsoft 365 account.
