Microsoft 365 (Office)

Microsoft 365, a collection of Microsoft’s collaborative applications, is available at no cost to all University of Montevallo students, faculty and staff. These tools are accessible through downloadable desktop applications and mobile apps.

Accessing your Microsoft 365 account

1. Go to m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
2. Enter your UM email address and follow the prompts to sign in through Microsoft and complete DUO authentication.

Install Microsoft 365 apps

1. Go to portal.office.com/account
2. Select Apps & Devices from the left menu.
3. Select Install Office.

In addition to applications that can be downloaded to your computer, many other Microsoft cloud-based apps are available once you login to your Microsoft 365 account.
