Week of Feb. 20th	Deliver student work to UM Art Office, Bloch Hall (please coordinate your delivery with administrative assistant Nita Terrell via email to Terrell@montevallo.edu)
March 6 – March 17th	Exhibition of student work in Bloch Hall
March 17th	Art Workshop Field Trip (registration link for workshops will be sent to teachers via email on March 1st)Winners announced!
March 22nd	Winning artworks delivered to Montgomery
April 1-29th	Exhibition of Regional Winners at the Georgine Clarke Alabama Artists’ Gallery, RSA Tower
April 13th at 1 pm	Awards Ceremony and Reception in Montgomery, AL
May 2nd	Artwork returned to Regional Coordinators
June 5th	Applications open for Portfolio: Visual Arts Achievement Post-Secondary Support Program (more information about this on the AL State Council on the Arts website)
