Check out our upcoming events for prospective students and parents where you will have the opportunity to meet current and future Montevallo students, along with our amazing faculty and staff.

College Night

All admitted students for Fall 2026 are invited to join us for our annual College Night reception and show on Friday, February 13th at 6:00 p.m. in the Center for the Arts. In case you aren’t familiar with College Night, it is the oldest homecoming tradition of its kind in the US and a beloved part of the Montevallo experience. College Night has been featured as an answer on Jeopardy! It also has its own permanent exhibit in the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress. Our reception will include hors d’oeuvres along with a meet and greet with the purple and gold side leaders. At 7:00pm, we will walk you to Palmer Auditorium for the performances.

Preview Day

Join us for Preview Day – an interactive, welcoming event for interested high school and community college students. During these sessions, representatives from the following offices will be available to offer information and answer questions: Student Aid, Housing and Residence Life, Student Life, and the Office of Admissions. Falcon for a Day

Our Falcon for a Day events are designed specifically for prospective students who want a firsthand look at campus life, academics, and our vibrant student community.
