Whether you’re looking to shed a few extra pounds with some regular cardio or you’re trying to bulk up with more muscle, the SAC weight room is your comfort zone. With state-of-the-art equipment for a multitude of functions, you’ll find everything you need to stay in shape.

Our world-class natatorium is more than just a fun way to relax and get some exercise—it’s a point of pride. With aerobics classes offered during the week and family swim hours on the weekends, there are many opportunities to enjoy yourself.

Family Swim times are to be determined.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Student Activity Center. If children are in facilities for Family Swim, the SAC member must stay with them at all times. If guests 18 or older are using any facilities, they must first stop by the front desk for a waiver. SAC members must also stay with their guests at all times.
If you want to get some good cardio without the monotony of a treadmill and/or the unpredictability of an outdoor track, the SAC offers an indoor walking track that encircles the UM basketball court. Mark your progress on a lap-by-lap basis, or measure out a number of miles and reach your goals.
The Community Walking Track Program for non-members is on weekdays until 1 p.m. only. The walking track is closed during special events in the arena.
