New students enrolling in Spring Semester 2026

All incoming UM students must participate in an orientation session in order to register for their classes. If you are planning to start school in January 2026, you will need to attend Spring Semester Orientation. Spring Semester Orientation Registration is now open in your application status portal. The dates that you can attend are December 5, 2025 and January 6, 2026.

Orientation Step 2: On Your Orientation Day

Attend Information Session

Listen to information from key departments on campus and ask any questions you may have.

Get your student ID made

Visit the Solution Center to take your ID photo, and pick your ID up at Orientation Check-Out.
