UM Earns National Ranking for Best One-Year Online MBA Programs

March 11, 2024

The University of Montevallo has been ranked among the best one-year online Master of Business Administration programs in the nation by College Consensus.

The Stephens College of Business added the online MBA option in fall 2021 in an effort to meet the needs of its students and their busy schedules. Students can choose any combination of in-person or virtual attendance for their MBA courses – in real-time or on their schedule. Montevallo’s MBA program features a general management concentration and an interdisciplinary perspective, to impart invaluable knowledge and skills across a range of competencies.

College Consensus has been an online resource since 2015. It grew to nearly four million visitors in 2023 and has been featured in Business Insider, Time, PC Mag and Entrepreneur. The CC methodology combines a school’s average rating score from the most respected college rankings publishers (Forbes, U.S. News, Wall Street Journal, Wallethub and Washington Monthly) with its average score from reputable student review websites (Grad Reports, Niche, Unigo and MyPlan).

Stephens College AACSB-accredited courses are taught by accomplished business professionals who serve as full-time faculty mentors, incorporating the latest digital technology to engage students in a flexible modality. Click here to learn more about UM’s online MBA program.
