Motorcycle Safety Program

The Alabama Motorcycle Safety Program provides Motorcycle Safety Foundation training courses at sites throughout Alabama. Locations include Montevallo, Mobile, Gadsden, Montgomery and Tuscaloosa coming in May 2025

Rescheduling and Cancellations Guidelines

The ATSC Cancellation/Rescheduling guidelines are:

No Refunds / No Rescheduling within 14 Calendar days of the class you are registered for

• When you register and pay for your class, it means you have reserved a seat in a specific class. You are expected to be at your class for those dates and times.
• Your registration and course fee does not give you a seat in future classes, it does not add your name to a new roster, nor does it reschedule you another date if you should miss or be late for any part of your original course. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive where you need to be.

Due to increasing demand for courses, we cannot issue refunds, nor can we reschedule you into another course within 14 calendar days of the class start date. You may cancel or reschedule, without penalty, up to 14 calendar days before your class starts. There are NO refunds and NO rescheduling after this grace period.

• If you miss or are late for any session, you will NOT be allowed to continue in the class and you will NOT be issued a refund nor rescheduled.
• Re-registration due to unsuccessful course completion will be at the student’s expense. Everyone learns new skills at a different rate. It may be necessary to take this class more than once
• All refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the student.
• You must respond by email altsc@montevallo.edu or jbrooks5@montevallo.edu or call AMSP at 205-665-6740 M-F 8-5 pm. Within 14 Calendar Days.
