Accessibility Information: Individuals unable to physically access the second floor or basement of Palmer Hall may visit the UM Student Aid Office on the ground floor of Palmer Hall, or call (205) 665-6050 to request assistance from the desired office.  A staff member from the desired office will promptly provide assistance in a downstairs office.
