Join Us for the 4th Annual ASL Expo!

We’re excited to invite you to our 4th Annual UM ASL Expo on April 14—a vibrant celebration of ASL and Deaf culture that brings together vendors, organizations, and the community in an engaging and dynamic space!

Can’t make it? You can still support the event! Our biggest fundraiser is t-shirt sales, and this year’s shirts are Comfort Colors, designed by local Deaf artist LaShawn Washington.

Individuals needing disability-related accommodations or access during this event should contact the host department or Access and Compliance ((205) 665-6250, AAC@montevallo.edu) as early as possible. Efforts will be made to accommodate all access requests regardless of timing, but the University cannot guarantee that requests made with less than one week’s notice can be met.

T-Shirt Orders

Shirts will be Comfort Color t-shirts in black with off-white lettering. The front will have ASL (in fingerspelling) plus Expo. The back of the shirt will be as shown here.  Sizes will be XS – 4X and the cost will be $20 each.
