BFA Auditions and Interviews

The Department of Theatre hold auditions/interviews annually to admit high school seniors into its Musical Theatre, Acting, and Design & Technology concentrations. Auditions are required for the BFA Musical Theatre and Acting concentrations and portfolio presentations are required for the BFA Design & Technology concentration.

For applicants looking to start their degree program in the 2026-27 academic year, two in-person audition days will be held. Please schedule an audition using our online form. If you are unable to attend one of the in-person days, you can apply online via Accptd or you can submit a virtual audition/interview to the Department. Your BFA degree track audition/interview will also serve as your audition for departmental scholarship consideration.
