Accountability Standards

The UM Regional Inservice Education Center operates in line with state-mandated accountability standards, which were updated and approved in 2019. Business conducted by the Governing Board follows the center’s approved bylaws. A copy of the accountability standards and the bylaws is available for review below:

Governing Board

The University of Montevallo Regional Inservice Center’s Governing Board is comprised of teachers, school administrators, higher education representatives, and Alabama State Department of Education representatives. The Board provides accountability, approves staff development programs, and offers guidance to ensure that the Center’s efforts align with local school district needs.
