Ms. Taylar Posey

Taylar Posey is a full-time instructor in the College of Education and Human Development. She has been in education for 20 years and has taught 1st, 2nd, and 6th grade. She also served as a school administrator for 12 years at the elementary and secondary levels. Her roles as an assistant principal and principal have added depth of knowledge that she shares with students in the Elementary Education cohorts, as well as the Instructional Leadership cohorts.

Mrs. Posey is also a 3 time University of Montevallo graduate! She and her husband live in Shelby County with their two sons.
