Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, places emphasis upon the development of the whole person and recognizes achievement in scholarship, athletics, service or religious activities, media, and the arts.
Members must exhibit exemplary character, leadership and service, superior scholarship, fellowship, and consecration to democratic ideals.
