Multicultural Student Association

The purpose of MSO is to unite different cultures on Montevallo’s campus, to provide representation, celebrate diversity, and to alleviate division. The goal of MSO is to provide education and awareness on the different cultures represented at UM, inside and outside of the classroom, and to celebrate all of the cultures that are represented at UM through activities, food, artifacts, marketing etc. We also hope to foster more intercultural relationships on campus through social gatherings, course selection, fun activities, and provide an opportunity for our students to shine through MSO leadership.
