2023 Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign
The University of Montevallo is a place where we not only belong, but where we belong together. That’s why the theme of this year’s faculty and staff giving competition is TogetherUM: because every member of the Falcon family is vital to the success of the University, and together we can make a difference.
This is a team effort — not just with your division or college, but with all your fellow UM employees. Although it is a competition, we are all united in one cause: the betterment of our University. No matter what area you choose to give to and what amount you choose to give (no gift is too small), you are playing a part in improving life at UM for everyone and helping the University thrive by:
- Financially supporting a specific cause or area at UM that is important to you
- Contributing to the rate of employee giving, which donors, corporations and foundations take into account when they decide on their gifts and grants.
- Helping improve UM’s national rankings, which draws in more motivated students and skilled faculty and staff
From Oct. 1 to Dec. 31, all faculty and staff are invited to participate in the 2023 Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign competition. The division or college with the highest participation rate will be rewarded with a celebratory luncheon on January 24 .
