Oxford, Georgia student Cathryn Denard holds November Art Exhibition

Cathryn Denard, a University of Montevallo student from Oxford, Georgia, showcased her senior exhibition in The Gallery at UM from Nov. 12-16. Denard is an art major expecting her degree in December 2017.

This piece, “Porewit,” was included in Denard’s exhibition that ran from Nov. 12-16 in The Gallery at Bloch Hall.

Denard’s senior exhibition was a culmination of her work as an art major and included several drawings she’d been working on for the past few months. She shared the space with new media major and fellow senior Shea Morris.

Denard graduated from Providence Classical Christian School in 2013. After receiving her art degree from Montevallo, Denard plans on moving back to Oxford.

“I’m excited to be returning to this lovely community,” she said.
