Enrollment Check-List

Before Attending Orientation:

Banner Self Services Set-Up:
Your Banner Self Services account provides access to your personal information, financial aid information, and course offerings and registration.

Student Email Account Set-Up:
Your student email account is where you will receive official communication from the University. Be sure to check your account daily.

Student Aid:
Visit the Student Aid webpage for more information on financial aid. If you have questions, please ask. The Student Aid staff are happy to help.

Housing and Residence Life:
If you are planning to live on campus, be sure to submit your Housing application.

Student Health Services:
All new students are required to submit a Student Medical History Form, Tuberculosis Risk Questionnaire, and Proof of Measles Immunity. All required Health Forms can be found on the Student Health Services webpage.

Foreign Language Placement Exam:
Determine whether or not you may want to take a Foreign Language Placement Exam.

Disability Support Services:
If needed, register with Disability Support Services.

After Attending Orientation

Register Your Vehicle:
All students who will have a vehicle on campus must register their vehicle with University Police and obtain a parking decal.

Consider a Payment Plan:
Payment Plan options are available for the fall and spring semester. Visit the Cashier’s Office webpage for additional information on payment plan options.

Complete Consent and Respect Module:
Check your student email account following your orientation session for additional information on how to access and complete this training module. All new students are required to complete the module.
