Preview Day
Join us for Preview Day – an interactive, welcoming event for interested high school and community college students. During these sessions, representatives from the following offices will be available to offer information and answer questions: Student Aid, Housing and Residence Life, Student Life, and the Office of Admissions. Exploring Mass Communication Day

Art Major for a Day
The Art Department is hosting an Art Major For A Day on Friday, October 25 from 9:00am-3:00pm. This is a chance for aspiring art students to come to UM and discover what it’s like to be an art major by participating in studio classes. This unique immersive opportunity includes a seminar on how to prepare a portfolio of work to be used for scholarship applications. Also included is a campus tour and lunch in the cafeteria. Transfer Day
Join us for Transfer Day on Friday, November 8 from 1:30-4:00pm. Transfer Day is an opportunity for potential transfer students to tour campus, get all of their transfer questions answered, and connect with current Montevallo students. In addition, all students who pre-register for Transfer Day will have the opportunity to have an unofficial check sheet completed.
You Belong Day Theatre
You Belong Days are an opportunity for high school juniors, seniors, and transfer students to connect with a current Montevallo student in their major. This session is on Thursday, November 21 and will include an opportunity to meet with theatre faculty and students, attend a mock class, learn about scholarships, and tour campus. Additionally, students will receive complimentary tickets to the 7:30pm showing of Cabaret.
