Screencast-O-Matic

Screencast-O-Matic is an online screen capture program that allows you to record videos of your computer screen. Audio narration and webcam video can also be included. The free version enables you to record 15 minute videos. The screencasts can be uploaded to YouTube, the Screencast-O-Matic hosting site, or downloaded as an AVI, MP4 or FLV video file.

Zoom

Zoom is an online videoconferencing tool. The basic (free) plan allows users to host group meetings up to 40 minutes in length with 100 or fewer participants. Features available during meetings include screen sharing, breakout rooms, individual and group chats, and live closed captioning by a meeting participant.
