Classroom Technology

Students raising hands in classroom with text "Standard Classroom Technology"

The process of standardizing classroom technologies began in 2016. Each standardized classroom has an Epson Interactive Projector, a Teaching Station Control Panel, and a HoverCam Ultra 8 Document Camera.

Interactive Projector and Whiteboard

The Epson BrightLink 595Wi interactive projector and whiteboard functions as a “SMART” board where you can electronically save your notes for later reference and allows you to control the computer and programs from the board, draw over images, and annotate over web pages and computer programs such as PowerPoint.

Teaching Station Control Panel

The teaching station control panel in standardized classrooms allows you to power on/off the projector, control volume, and switch between multiple inputs without using remotes.

HoverCam Ultra 8 Document Camera

The document camera can be used to display two- and three-dimensional objects, capture images of documents/objects, and record video.

Aquos Board Helpsheet

The Aquos Board can be used to control the teaching station computer from the board, as a digital whiteboard, and to draw or annotate over images, websites, PowerPoint presentations, and other Microsoft Office programs.
