Each year the Department of Music offers several workshops for aspiring musicians of all ages.

All-Steinway School

In fall 2007, UM’s piano program in the Department of Music received an “All-Steinway” designation. Through a very generous donation from a local business, UM music students have the very finest of pianos upon which to practice and perform.
