Start accepting donations for art auction in Art Office on December 2, 2024
The 2025 Art Auction is set for Saturday, Feb. 15th
The 28th Annual Art Auction exhibition will be on view in the Poole Art Gallery from January 16 – February 15, ending with the Poole Party on Saturday the 15th from 4 to 5:30 pm. Visitors can bid any time during the exhibition, and bidding will close promptly at 5:30 during the Art Auction.
All proceeds from this fundraising event go directly to the Art Department to support our programming. All current art students, faculty, and alumni are invited to participate in the exhibition by donating artwork or attending the Poole Party. Invitations are mailed each year to art alums, please let us know if we need to add you to the list or if you wish to help with the event!
Please consider donating your work, any media, any size, ready for display. All donations should arrive by Jan. 14, 2025, by 5 pm to give us time to install the show. Delivery options:

Alumni Art Auction
Donations are due by Jan. 14, 2025, by 5 pm
The Art Auction cannot happen without your work! Please consider donating your artwork, any size, and any media, or any art-related objects or services, including frames, books, t-shirts, design work, or a photo shoot. Works should be ready for display: framed or matted for 2D pieces, gallery pedestals will be provided for 3D pieces. Please deliver or ship work to arrive by Dec. 1, 2023. The work will be on display in Poole Art Gallery from January 16th through the Poole Party on Feb 15th, with bidding open any time during gallery hours.
