If this is your first time logging into PowerSchool, your username should be the same as it was for Chalkable. You should click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to have the system email a link to set up a password for PowerSchool. (Note: Your email must have been correct in Chalkable for this to work.)
If you do not remember your username, you can click Forgot Username and follow the prompts to have the system email your username.
If neither of these options work, or if you did not previously have access to Chalkable, please contact the person in your district who is responsible for PowerSchool administration. This may be your district’s Technology or Professional Development Coordinator. You may also contact Mr. Rhett Cutts with the ALSDE at email@example.com.
If you have your username/password but are still experiencing difficulties, call the Regional In-Service Center at 205-358-8543.
Once you have logged into PowerSchool, click the Courses tab.
In the Course Search box, enter the course or section number provided by the instructor and click Search.
Once the course is located, click Register to the right of the desired course section.
Once the course is complete and credit has been assigned by the instructor, participants will receive an electronic evaluation to complete. Credit will appear on participant’s transcript, pending completion of the evaluation.
