Lauren Veal is a clinical supervisor of speech-language pathology at the University of Montevallo Speech and Language Center.
She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech university in Ruston, LA and her graduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Lafayette, LA.
She has worked in educational and clinical settings including public schools, private schools, early intervention, private clinics and skilled nursing facilities.
She supervises both first- and second-year graduate students enrolled in the master’s speech-language pathology program. She oversees diagnostic and intervention services for children with developmental, language and speech difficulties. Her professional interests include early language, school-age language and speech articulation.
