Dr. Gregory Longo is an assistant professor of Psychology in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Montevallo.
He earned his B.A. in Psychology and Religion from Wabash College in 2008, and he received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2010 and 2013, respectively.
Dr. Longo joined the University of Montevallo in 2013. His courses include Introductory Psychology, Descriptive Statistics, Developmental Psychology, Inferential Statistics, and Psychology of Death. His research interests are in the psychology of religion and spirituality, in particular the measurement of religion and spirituality and the relationships between religion and spirituality, and between moral and social development.
