OUR MBA PROGRAM

Our leadership-driven MBA is our flagship program and one of the most innovative and well-recognized MBA programs in the state. We currently offer a hybrid and online modality. It’s for the student eager to launch a career of distinction and the working professional ready to move up, change careers, or maximize earning potential.

PREREQUISITES

MBA requires 21 hours of undergraduate coursework from a regionally accredited college or university equivalent to the MBA courses here.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Online application at montevallo.edu/apply
  • Two professional letters of recommendation
  • Statement of purpose
  • Professional résumé
  • Applicants must meet ONE of the following criteria:
    • Either qualifying GPA from a regionally accredited college/ university
      • – Bachelor’s degree: 2/75 OR 3.0 in the last 30 semester hours
      • – Master’s degree: GPA of 3.0
    • A minimum of five years of professional business experience OR recognized industry licensing exams/certificates
    • GMAT 600 or better OR GRE 300 or better
