University Marketing & Communications offers a wide variety of professional photography services to the UM family. A few services include professional portraits, event coverage, image editing and archive requests.
Headshots
Appointments are available Monday through Friday with limited hours. You have the option to schedule either a studio portrait against a solid backdrop, or an environmental portrait, weather permitting. Book your professional portrait here.
Event Photography
When requesting event coverage, please allow 2-4 weeks’ notice. Requests received with less notice will be scheduled according to photographer availability. All requests are received, managed and executed by the university photographer/videographer with assistance from the student photography team. Submit a request here.
Photo Delivery
Turnaround times range from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the department workload. Once completed, an email will be sent with a link to access and download your photos.
Falcon Photo Library
The Falcon Photo Library stores photos from recent events as well as stock photos from across campus. Various sizes are available for download. Check out the photo library here.
