More than a temporary initiative or the effort of a single office, successful promotion of inclusive excellence at the University of Montevallo is dependent on the campus community engaging and valuing the diversity of all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners. The primary goal of this inclusive approach is to prioritize diversity, inclusion, and equity as core values of the University, while collaborating with various entities on campus to create an environment where everyone has the access and opportunity to thrive and grow, while recognizing their value in an ever-shifting global community.
