Review 2015-2020 Strategic Plan accomplishments to date and incomplete/partially complete items
Solicit items for consideration in 2021-2026 Strategic Plan using SWOT
2019 January Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) conducts Mission and Vision Review using information from Town Hall Meetings Determine if any revisions will be recommended
2019 February-March SPC reviews suggestions from Town Hall Meetings, Unit Plans, and other data. Identify themes for Strategic Plan and begin draft
2019-2020 April-April Draft Work as a whole or in subgroups (based on themes) to complete draft and assessment plan
2020 April Summary Information Provided to Board of Trustees
2020 April-May Draft and Review Continue drafting and share for review by Chairs and Deans.
2020 June Draft and Review Incorporate suggestions from Chairs and Deans. Continue drafting and share for review by Staff
2020 July-August Draft and Review Incorporate suggestions from Staff and prepare Complete Draft for use at Faculty Convocation with Themes, Objectives, Goals, and Assessment Plan
2020 August Review by Faculty Collect feedback at Faculty Convocation
2020 September Draft Incorporate feedback. Complete draft for online dissemination to all constituents by early September
2020 Early to Mid-September President holds Town Hall Meetings for Full Review of Draft by Constituents Collect feedback for final draft. Include online feedback option (especially for off-campus constituents). Online meeting with BOT held by President’s Office.
2020 November-January Final Draft Incorporate suggestions from constituents
2020 September-October Prepare Draft for BOT  Due to BOT by October 15.
2020 November BOT approves final draft
Implementation to begin January 2021
