The IS&T Service Level Agreements are intended to give a level of expectation of how long it takes to complete a task.  Current SLAs are listed on this page for your review in PDF format.  The SLAs will be reviewed periodically and evolve over time as there are changes in services or levels of support.  Questions can be directed to the manager of that area.
