Certification

Applying for a Certificate

Criteria for certification include:

Internship

Successfully complete internship with a grade of "C" or better and have requisite gpa.

Fingerprinting

Schedule a fingerprint appointment during the semester of internship.  Contact office of TES for appointment.

Complete Certification Application

Complete an application, fingerprint processing release form, and background review consent form.  Attach money orders as instructed on application form.  Forms are available and should be returned to the office of TES.
