The following courses may not be taken before admission to the Teacher Education Program. All other education courses may be taken prior to admission to TEP. ED 401 (MUS 401) must be taken prior to admission.

FOR STUDENTS SEEKING SECONDARY EDUCATION CERTIFICATION:

*ED 407, 450 & EDF 461[Phase II] must be taken the semester (in the regular academic year) prior to the internship semester. It is not taught during the summer.

FOR STUDENTS SEEKING CERTIFICATION IN ALL TEACHING FIELDS EXCEPT MUSIC:

Arrangements should be made with the Office of Teacher Education Services (Wills 207) to arrange for five day observations.
