Biology Club

Purpose:

The Biology Club is an academic organization dedicated to promoting interest in the Biological Sciences as well as disseminating information regarding graduate school and career opportunities in the Biological Sciences. The biology club meets bi-monthly. It is our goal to facilitate and encourage interactions between the biology majors and those with an interest in the biological science. We inform students about the possibilities they have with a degree in biology. We also do fundraisers to send our students to the annual genetics conference, which we are actually trying to have held at Montevallo. Our club also ventures out to the Ebenezer Swamp twice a month to sweep the boardwalk and help pull privet.
