The University has established documentation guidelines in order to more effectively determine eligibility for services. All documentation will be reviewed case-by-case. Along with the specific guidelines related to your disability (or disabilities), students should also review the information contained within the “General Guidelines”. This general and specific guidelines should be provided to the doctor, psychologist, or other appropriate professional to ensure the documentation will be complete.
