Enrollment or Degree Verification

The University of Montevallo has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status and degree earned.

Student Access

Student enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse is available to the student at all times on forUM  under the Featured Links. The printed enrollment certificate is official. The National Student Clearinghouse serves as the authorized enrollment verification agent for the University of Montevallo.

Reminders:  Students must include policy numbers, group type (if appropriate), and any supporting forms/identifying documentation provided by the insurance company so they can process the student’s verification.

Loan deferment papers need to be brought to the Registrar's Office. These are sent to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. They complete the school section and send the information to your loan agency.  If you have a problem with your loan agency not receiving this, the Clearinghouse customer service number is (703-742-7791). You will need your social security number and the school name.
