Grounds

The Grounds Department maintains all of the beautiful landscape around campus as well as, but not limited to mowing the lawns, leaf removal, weed control, fertilization, irrigation, all shrub and tree maintenance, litter removal, and recycling.

Campus services include (departmental charges apply): routine moves of offices, furniture, boxes, tables and chairs, musical equipment and office equipment. A three (3) to five (5) day notice should be provided for all moves.

Custodial Services

The Custodial Services Department maintains all entrances, corridors, and bathrooms, and hard surface floors in all academic administrative and residence hall buildings. Hallways and common areas are wet mopped daily. Carpeted floors in all buildings are vacuumed daily and are shampooed semi-annually or as required. All bathrooms, locker rooms and showers are stocked with supplies and cleaned daily. All hard surface floors are stripped and refinished annually and shallow scrubbed and recoated quarterly or as required.
