SERVICES
- Maintenance of landscape including but not limited to grass mowing, leaf removal, weed control, fertilization, irrigation, shrub and tree maintenance, and litter removal
- Routine moves of office furniture, boxes, tables and chairs, musical equipment and office equipment (charges apply)
- Moving of tables, chairs, plants, and platforms for department or club special events (charges apply)
MOVING & SPECIAL EVENT CHARGES
Moving services may be requested by submitting a work request through our online system, Maintenance Direct. In able to ensure smooth processing, please be very specific on dates/times, locations, and number of items needed.
A three (3) to five (5) day notice should be provided on all moves

Labor Charge: Minimum $15.00 and $15.00 per additional employee hour

Moving of Picnic Tables: $23.50 per hour, per person (typically requires two workers and additional equipment)

20' X 20' Tent Rental: $130.00 each (includes set-up and takedown)

Removal of Surplus Items: no charge
