- How do I submit a maintenance work order?
Maintenance work orders may be submitted by calling 205-665-6130, by e-mailing Melissa Harbison, or through Maintenance Direct.
- Who do I contact to report after-hour maintenance issues?
Please contact the University Police Dispatcher at 205-665-6000.
- Where is the Physical Plant located?
The Physical Plant Complex is located on College Drive across from the McChesney Student Activity Center.
- What is the physical address for the Physical Plant?
The physical address is 75 College Drive, Montevallo, AL 35115.
- How do I reserve a motor pool vehicle for my department?
Motor Pool vehicles may be reserved by calling the Mechanic Shop at 205-665-6160, or Motor Pool request are available at the Physical Plant Office. For more information
- Does the University have a recycling program?
Yes, the recycling program is sponsored by the Environment Club. The recycling receptacle is located in the Physical Plant employee parking lot, which is on College Drive behind the Student Activity Center. Approved Recyclable Materials
