Registration

Once you have signed-up for Registration, please be sure to do all of the following items BEFORE your Registration date:

  • If you have changed your major, please contact the Office of Admissions at least one week prior to your Registration date:  admissions@montevallo.edu or (205) 665-6030.
     
  • Request your final transcript(s) be sent to University of Montevallo, Office of Admissions, Station 6030, Montevallo, AL 35115.
     
  • Request all AP scores be sent to University of Montevallo, Office of Admissions, Station 6030, Montevallo, AL 35115.
     
  • Inform Disability Support Services at least two weeks in advance of your Registration date if you will need special accommodations to participate in Registration.
     
  • If applicable, contact Housing and Residence Life or Student Financial Services for additional information or applications.
     
  • Complete Health Form and submit to Student Health Services.
     
  • Login to your ForUM Account.
