 Mr.
Cleckler received his Bachelor's degree in classical guitar from
Columbus State University in Columbus Georgia and is an active
composer and performer with over twenty years of teaching
experience. For the past decade Mr.Cleckler has successfully
created and maintained guitar, piano and drum programs at the
Boys & Girls Club of Central Alabama in Hueytown and Trussville,
Alabama and he was selected to teach in the Schwobb School of
Music Conservatory division at Columbus State University. Not
only is he proficient in classical guitar, but many styles
including: rock, blues, and jazz. He has directed a youth “Rock
Band” camp in Birmingham, AL for many years and Mr. Cleckler’s
talents allowed him the opportunity for solo performances on
WTVM in Columbus, Georgia. He has also shared the stage with
nationally recognized musicians such as Steve Ellington and
Billy Earl McClelland. His most recent endeavor is to publish
solo guitar repertoire in an upcoming composition series. Mr.
Cleckler has studied with Andrew Zohn, Elwood Maddeo and Dr.
Alan Goldspiel. |
