Problems viewing PDF or DOC formats?
These links will take you to sites from which you can
download free viewers and plug-ins. To download a
viewer or plug-in from one of the sites listed, click on the
link to the site. In most cases, a dialog box will pop up on
your screen to allow you to select the directory on your
computer in which to save the viewer file. In some cases
following the link will take you to a Web site on which
several viewers are listed, and you will need to pick the
appropriate one from the list. For most viewers, after you
download the file you will need to run it in order to
install the application on your local computer:
Documents provided in PDF (Portable Document Format)
allow readers to view the document in the same format as
the printed version. This material is best read with Acrobat¨
Reader, which may be downloaded free of charge at the
following site:

Some documents are provided in DOC (Word format). The
following website allows users who don't have Microsoft
products to open and view those documents:
