PLACE HONORS for Best Magazine in the Best in the South Competition.
Students who wrote articles for last year’s Journal included Kimberly
Couch, Bruce Finklea, Greg Funderburg, Alisha Gustin, Amy Hicks, Portia Mason,
Melissa Oyer, Joel Paris, Brian Parker, Lori Pickett, Brian Smith, Cambria Smith,
Quinn White and Karen Williams. Students who did layout for last year’s Journal were
Sarah Andrews, Kristen Bartlett, Andy Brown, Meredith Johnson, Michael Mee, Terra
Moody, and Lori Pickett.

Loyola University, Louisiana Tech University, Nicholls State University,
Belmont University, University of Alabama at Birmingham, University of Memphis,
University of West Florida, University of Tennessee/Martin, and many others.
