Download the Firefox Web browser.
Double-click on the Firefox file after it finishes downloading,
and accept the license agreement.
Open the Mac hard drive on the desktop and drag the big Firefox button into the "Applications" folder.
Firefox is now installed on your computer. You can also drag the Firefox icon from your "Applications" folder to your dock for easier access.
Make sure to install Windows Media Player. Here are the instructions.
Start Firefox, and navigate back to the video page.
