iPad 2 mini grants Congratulations
to Dr. Tarsha Bluiett and Dr. Elizabeth
Thrower, who were awarded
iMobile Classroom
Grants. Through these grants, students
in Dr. Bluiett's and Dr. Thrower's education
classes used the Malone Center's new iPad 2 mobile cart to explore innovative and
practical ways in which iPads can be used in
P-12 classrooms.

Wanting to record and stream video for your
Blackboard courses? Then stop by the Malone
Center's new video podcast studio located
downstairs in the Digital Cafe. The facility
is equipped with Camtasia Studio 7.1, an HD
webcam, professional lapel microphone, and
studio lighting. The studio offers a
private and relaxed atmosphere for recording
your video podcasts or capturing lectures.
