Introduction to Retailing

  

Objective: to learn how to keep up with current trends in retailing via such sources as DNR (Daily News Record), WWD (Women’s Wear Daily), HFN (Home Furnishings Network) and find information about designers.

 

·         DNR (Daily News Record,) HFN (Home Furnishings Network)and WWD (Women’s Wear Daily) are weekly newspapers that are shelved in the Browsing section of the Library. In addition, one can view articles from these trade journals online via the Library’s Web page:

Then select “Find Articles…” 

Then select “Electronic journals” and type the journal, magazine or newspaper title.
